Dr. Dino, aka Kent Hovind, is a evangelical minister who owns the now defunct Dinosaur Adventure Land [from the museum website]:
Dinosaur Adventure land, where Dinosaurs and the Bible meet!Dinosaur Adventure Land is a Theme Park, Science Center, and Museum - It is run by Creation Science Evangelism, the world-changing ministry of Dr. Kent Hovind who travels internationally speaking (and debating) on the Creation vs. Evolution controversy. Since the success of our Home school Appreciation Day of 2006, we have decided to do more themed-events at Dinosaur Adventure Land. To start things off, we have decided to make April fool’s Day (April 1st) “Darwin Day”
The museum claimed that the earth is only a few thousand years old, that dinosaurs and humans coexisted, and that their goal was "to leave you tired, smarter and closer to the Lord." Last week, Dr. Dino was cited "with 58 federal charges, including failing to pay $473,818 in employee-related taxes and making threats against investigators." He claims that "as a minister of God, everything he owns belongs to God and he is not subject to paying taxes to the United States on money he receives for doing God's work." Needless to say, the IRS does not agree. Here's our favorite part of the indictment: [From Pensacola News Journal]
The indictment [also] alleges Kent Hovind paid his employees in cash and labeled them "missionaries" to avoid payroll tax and FICA requirements.
